When trying to place an order, the cashier was distracted by his phone, watching videos with entertainment content instead of serving the customer.

We just left the cafe. The food was delicious, the service was at a high level: the staff was polite and attentive. However, the impression was spoiled by an unpleasant situation at the exit. One of the employees (presumably a cleaner) rudely demanded payment for using the toilet, despite the fact that I was a visitor to the establishment. She did not understand me in Russian, and it was only after explaining in Uzbek that the conflict was resolved. The situation is extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. The rating is 2 out of 5.

The room is poorly heated. During the cold season, the air conditioner turns on by itself in the hall, which disperses cold air throughout the hall. The staff looks at the visitors as if they were nothing. The kitchen is completely unsanitary. They cook without gloves. It was better before the renovation and rebranding.
