The hotel opened recently, the renovation and furniture are fresh, everything you need in the room is there (both in terms of appliances and dishes). The location is excellent - the beach is close, shops, cafes, exchange offices - everything is within a five-minute walk. A bus stop with transport to the center is also nearby. The hotel has a pretty good pool, very nice staff.

It's a disgusting apartment hotel. All the good reviews are great (especially on booking sites). Cheap repairs, dirty rooms, stained walls, bed linen in extremely poor condition. Exposed wires are sticking out in some places. I am attaching a photo of only a small part of what I have described. The hotel manager accepts complaints only by phone and speaks rather rudely. There were no problems with the refund. Apparently, the main reason for this is the bad reviews, in which the management of this institution is not interested. We abandoned this apartment hotel and moved to a neighboring one, which we had already visited before (we were very lucky that there were places there). It is impossible to live in such conditions, do not waste your nerves and time.

We lived in a room with a balcony on the first floor and on the third. The claim to fashionable accessories, there is a certain style, but in fact a disregard for the visitor. The rooms are small, the construction and the quality of the materials are terrible. The cheapest plumbing and window profiles, windows are barely locked, partitions made of thin blocks, you can hear everything and everywhere, a half-whispered conversation in the next room can be heard as if in your room. The ceiling in the bathroom is the same as the neighbors, without a partition, "wonderful" sounds in the bathroom and embarrassment are guaranteed. The kitchen is small. In general, the standard southern rudeness is to stuff a maximum of rooms per square meter, make repairs with a claim to style, put a nice girl at the reception and collect loot! While they are relatively new, it probably makes some sense to live there, compared to the rest, Turkey is not so bad.
