I visited this place for the first time, and was horrified by the cleaning lady who behaved like a hostess!!! I'll start from the beginning! It was 08/24/2023.
A nice young cashier girl met us. We WERE IN A VERY GOOD mood. There was a guy standing at the main entrance, he gave us the keys to the locker. My mother, aunt and my little daughter were with me. Mom and daughter went to the store to buy hair dye. Well, I sat down on the couch to wait for them. My aunt was in the locker room. Suddenly I hear the dissatisfied voice of a woman who came out and started yelling at the guy who gave us the keys. My presence did not deter her in any way. She started yelling that we should have changed our shoes without going into the locker room (it's SUMMER outside for a second). I tell her, I'm sorry, this is our first time here and we didn't know. To which she replied, "it's all his fault, he should have told you." Well, I missed this moment, so as not to spoil the mood and went to the bathroom. I hear my mother's voice coming out. I immediately went to meet them and asked what was the matter. Mom says, "When the cleaner saw the hair dye, she started to say that you can't paint in the bathhouse, there's a fine for it. I went out and started looking for the cleaner, she's not there. I went to the cashier and said, where it is indicated that you can not dye your hair. The girl herself did not know about the prohibitions, like she recently got this job. Of course, she asked to call the administration. It would be fine if we were told all this in a polite way, explained, there is no need to show our displeasure by raising our voice. The admin came out, I told him about this arrogant cleaning woman and that we would dye our hair in the bath. He said, "Okay."
Since there was a mother and an aunt, and I am a married woman, I was ashamed and did not take off my underwear. So this cleaner went into the bathhouse and started yelling at everyone that you can't be in your underpants. There were three people like Me there. That is, she started yelling right at the whole bathhouse, those two were scared and immediately went to meet her. And it angered me. Why should she, as a cleaner, yell at me in front of my mom?!! I didn't do what she wanted and we just started fighting in the bathhouse. She tells me, "Don't wash, come out! Go to the Sarts (Uzbeks) bathhouse, wash yourself there!"
I was already on edge, I went to get dressed. And I started looking for the administrator, the complaint book and the phone number of the owner of the establishment. And at this time, this cleaner called her friend, she wrote a good review WITHOUT GOING INTO the BATHHOUSE, and they went to swim in the bathhouse together, for a second during working hours!
I told the owner and the administrator every detail and asked them to take action. So no one did anything.
The pool is dirty unfortunately, peeling places are only for the guys who work there and customers are prohibited. The dining room takes a long time to bring food and it's not fresh from the microwave either.
