This is a decaying place, like a circus, in which the staff (these are not teachers) either consider students to be clowns, or they themselves are. The hardware (PC 1990-2000, with floppy disks) either does not work, or there is no peripheral to it. And the building itself is falling apart, the floors are washed with incomprehensible rags, after which it is impossible to stay indoors because of the terrible smell. If employees get paint or something else from somewhere, they start work without waiting for the weekend or the end of training sessions, and the paint is carried throughout the building. The same situation is in building 5, where during the exam, tiles fell from the ceiling due to dampness and the floor spread. And yes, the picture is not the 4th building, but in general the left building (not the 5th building), the 4th building is a brick 4-storey building in disrepair.

Good location area. But as for studying, they teach everything they want, but not the specialty. Perhaps it is only in this department that it is so....
