I am very satisfied with the service (from the moment of placing an order by phone and up to Yandex delivery exactly on time), as well as the quality of the flowers - we stood the whole day without water and were happy at home for another two weeks.
I asked to make a double bouquet (of 5 small bouquets) to give to each of the unmarried friends)) the order was non-standard, but it was made exactly as I wanted, the friends were pleasantly surprised, it turned out nice 🕊️

One of the advantages is the start of work at 8 am.I came in the morning to pick up a bouquet for the wedding.I chose a beautiful bouquet in a box .It was in the refrigerator. I brought it home. I put it under the air conditioner.after 3 hours, I noticed that the roses began to turn into a dull turd.I paid 92p. For the bouquet, which was a shame to give!

This is the first time I am writing a review for Donna Rosa. On the holiday of March 8, my daughter ordered a bouquet with delivery. There was a call that they would deliver before 16:00. As a result, on March 8, the bouquet was not delivered, there was no call or message about non-delivery. By the end of the day on March 8, we had to call them ourselves. We couldn't contact them for a long time. After contacting them, we received an inarticulate response and vague explanations. They promised to deliver it the next day, March 9 at 9:00. As a result, it was delivered at 10:35 and the bouquet is completely stale, you can mow it down. The holiday was ruined.

Just an amazing flower salon, always a chic selection of fresh flowers, I want to say a huge thank you to the florist (unfortunately I did not remember the name) for collecting an incomparable bouquet of hydrangeas (it was closed on 05/13/12). I've only been once and never set foot again
From the good:
- Of all the staff, 1 florist out of 2 only worked with me politely and courteously. (2nd as soon as I hung up, or didn't wake up, maybe it seemed)
From a not very good one:
- I asked for 5 great roses on a super important errand and was offered 5 roses, but they didn't even ask :
Do they suit me
Do I like them
Do I like the product offered? Just to sell it???? That's exactly what it seemed to me.
- As soon as I entered the room, it seemed to me that 1 man was standing in line, as it turned out a minute later it was an employee who ran at the sight of a client. The 2nd florist appeared from the depths of the room and, at the sight of me, also disappeared in an unknown direction. And only the girl who was busy picking a bouquet began to "work" with me right without looking away. (Why did I resent it? 2 employees at least just suffered from I don't understand what. And only at the request of the 1st (employed ) an employee, the second one started working with me.)
In general. They are even more likely to grow up to good service. I will be very glad to change my mind, but so far, alas, this is more of a "business in Belarusian".
P.S. as a result, I bought those roses that seemed more attractive to me.
