How beautifully I was served when I was planning to buy a car, hello to sales manager Anna Volkova (there are no questions for her) and how terribly I was served on the first call to the service after buying a car.
It's time to do SOMETHING, I signed up in advance, added dopam to the heated mirrors, seats, angrivia and antikor. The total cost is about 3,000 BYN.
When calling the service, he clarified - "Do I need to wash my car in advance or not?" They replied, "No, we will wash everything ourselves."
I came to rent a car, as it turned out, the car wash will be paid, if I'm not mistaken - 70 rubles, I think okay, I won't raise this issue anymore, although I could wash the car at home myself - for free, but no one told me that the car wash was paid, and from the words it was clear that the car wash is included in the services that I was planning to order. At this stage (when transferring the car) they also tried to "sell" other extras to me, pointed out some scratches that are not there, but I did not succumb and did not order anything else from them (recommendation, do not so obviously try to sell something to the client, we are not suckers). This completes the first stage.
The second stage (how I picked up the car from the service).
The manager called me, said that the car could be picked up, agreed for a while that I would arrive from 19:00 to 20:00. I arrive at 19:30, the car is not ready for transfer, no documents have been filled out yet, they have not carried out the transfer inside their system yet and could not do it within an hour. All this time, I was fed "another 5 minutes, 10 minutes." The manager just left his workplace for 10-15 minutes, didn't tell me anything (i.e. he just left the client), came back and, as if I wasn't there, started going about his business. With grief for the floors, they spent all their internal questions, an hour later, I asked in advance - "Will the cash register work? Will I be able to pay?". The answer was "Yes." It was time to pay for the car, the cash register was working, but the cashier had already "closed" it. It was good that I had cash and I was able to pay for the service, but due to the fact that the cash register was "already closed", they could not give me a check. Also, if I hadn't reminded 3 times, then I wouldn't have been given a service book, which indicates the marks on the passage of all maintenance. As a result, I picked up the car at 21:00 (i.e. half an hour after I arrived for it, it's good that I didn't arrive by 19:00, so I would have waited 2 hours).
At 21:00 it was dark and you couldn't really see the quality of the services. I did it in the morning, as a result, the washing was just terrible, all the windows are stained and sticky, there are moments in the cabin too, but that's okay. The seats were back, they were not adjusted to my settings, nor was the rearview mirror.
The result: customer service in the service is 0 out of 10. The quality of the sink is 0 out of 10. For not adjusting the seats and the rearview mirror back, I also put a bold minus.
I do not recommend doing any work for them, except for the mandatory ones that are needed to preserve the warranty.

On the way home (which is 140km), we were pleasantly surprised by the ergonomics of the cabin, smooth running, noise insulation, as well as the dynamics of the car at a good level.
