Now an unpleasant incident has occurred - at 22.26 they came to buy shawarma, a young man was standing at the checkout. When voicing his order, he interrupted and said that the waiting time would be 20 minutes, I agreed. Then he began to claim that he was closing soon and would not have time to do everything. To which I clarified the opening hours and he confirmed that the point was open until 23.00 and he had no right to accept orders half an hour before closing, arguing that he still had to clean up. Then, in a rough form, he asked the question - "Will you pay me for additional work time or who?" This is an absolutely absurd question for me, given that the opening hours are until 23.00.
There are questions for the owner of this point. I would like to understand who is right and who is to blame.
The impression is disgusting, the mood is spoiled.

Disgusting shawarma and service.
Shawarma: I ordered a small barbecue. The first time I took it here, I took it to take away. Declared weight: 350 g, in fact in 343 packages, then I weighed the package. In general, the shawarma turned out to be 335 grams in weight. I was upset by this fact, yes, it may be a trifle, but it was unpleasant. The shawarma was so poorly heated that when it came home (5 minutes), it was icy, as if from a refrigerator. They didn't even bother to put the shawarma in foil, although I pointed out that it was for takeaway. And now it's only autumn, apparently in winter it will be frozen until a person reaches home and will have to be heated in a frying pan. I also want to note the fact that the shawarma itself was not at all pleased, if you order a small shawarma, then be prepared that half of the shawarma will definitely take pita bread and you will chew it in 4 additions along the entire length and, accordingly, there is little meat, cabbage is enough, there was a lot of sauce. In general, you will eat pita bread +sauce with a small addition of meat and cabbage.
The meat in the shawarma was normal, not overcooked, but very little.
In general, the shawarma was very upset.
Service: a receipt with a number is issued and logically, the person who issues the charm should call the order number, which is ready for the person to hear it and come up. But instead, the music is playing very loudly, he does not call the numbers (or he calls them very quietly) and everyone should crowd at the window and somehow magically understand that his order is ready. And if you're not crowding there, but sitting next to a table, then apparently your shawarma or order will lie and sour until you count the people who were in front of you or after you.✨✨✨ generally, too, so - so, upset.
I won't take any more shawarma here.
