We took a car in December for a 5-day ride along the coast of the Indian Ocean in the Emirate of Fujairah. We quickly agreed to rent a car, and a very nice girl brought it to Ajman, where we rested at the appointed time. I explained everything. We got in and drove off. The rental car was in excellent condition, clean, with a full tank. And most importantly, no deposit. It was important to us. 5 days later, they were brought to the office in Dubai Marina. Acceptance takes 5 minutes. It was easier for us to pay for the car wash when handing over the car, so we experienced maximum comfort when renting a car. By the way, we didn't get any fines, but we accidentally drove over the headscarf. A month later, I received a message about the payment of 5 dirhams for the toll road. We just transferred the amount at the exchange rate in rubles to a Russian card. And that's it. The car rental company in Dubai and the staff left only positive emotions.

Overall, good service. Very pleasant service, courteous staff, convenient interaction via WhatsApp in Russian, different payment terms are offered, convenient receipt and return of cars. When handing over the car, they credited me with excess fuel. An honest refund of the deposit minus the cost of washing, overrun and toll roads. Everything is within the framework of the agreement. These are the advantages.
Among the disadvantages, I would single out an agreement in English, in which you do not immediately see the condition for returning the deposit 30 days after returning the car. And employees refer to this point when you ask about the return period, although in conversation they promise a refund in 21 days. In fact, the deposit was refunded after 24 days due to the weekend. What I was worried about, but as it turned out, it was in vain.

Excellent and convenient car rental company! We came to the UAE from Russia without foreign cards, so it was very important to find a company that either gives a car without a deposit, or takes it in cash and returns it on the day of the end of the lease. As a result, they were taken to a Doncar without collateral, the car is in good condition, serviceable. They took it quickly, and after 5 days they quickly handed it over at the airport (in 5 minutes). The price tag is also quite reasonable. Thanks for the convenience!
