By Dubai standards, an inexpensive Uzbek cuisine cafe. Keep in mind: the portions, in my opinion, are just very large. You can take, for example, salad and pilaf for two. And get full. By the way, there's a salad to go with the pilaf. In the photo, the price for everything (lagman, pilaf, flatbread) is 60 dirhams (approximately 1,500 rubles at the February 2025 exchange rate).
