I recommend it! 200 steps from the sea! Russian-speaking staff, daily cleaning. All the sights of the city are within walking distance. A great place to relax, no frills!

If you compare the comparable, i.e. treshki in Rimini, then this is not a very bad hotel with a good sevis and a Russian-speaking hostess.
