We visited this hotel a year ago. We stayed there because of the accessibility to the metro and the availability of a triple room with separate beds. Nice hotel, delicious breakfasts, clean every day and change towels. The pool on top of the building (and the hookah bar) look great at night. Extra towels are provided in the pool. It's true that the hotel is very humid and it's a bit cold, but we were given blankets.

Nice spacious rooms, a beautiful but cool rooftop pool, delicious food, excellent location, there are bars and a nightclub, you can order alcohol in the room, but terrible service, when booking through Booking, I was checked in for 2 hours, while I have no problems with documents. When I came in and sat in the lobby while I was being checked in, the guard did not ask very politely what I was doing here, despite the fact that I looked more than not like a homeless person, the rooms were cleaned terribly, I had to approach the cleaner and ask to clean again, clarifying the details. They asked if I smoke and when I answered yes, they moved me to a non-smoking floor. The service really suffers a lot, I have not seen this before in Dubai, there are no questions about the rest.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. And I chose by location. The area is squalid, except for Emirates shopping center, there is nowhere to go. In the evenings, drunken bar guests walk in the Lobby. The staff is completely indifferent. Everything is very tired. I slept in a sweatshirt and trousers. Very cold. There was no hot water either. Our windows didn't even open. View from the window to the wall. The breakfast was delicious, but it was served in the bar, which had very little room for all the guests.
I don't recommend a hotel.

Then there are only disadvantages, they cleaned poorly, in segments, for 10 days the floor was never washed and the table was not wiped. Breakfast is a buffet, the choice is not very large, and there is often nowhere to sit. For dinner, you choose from the menu, they bring portions, you can choose 3 soups - you can only eat one, 3 salads, you can take Greek (chopped vegetables with olives and traces of cheese) or just chopped vegetables, 5 hot pieces, of which you can not eat everything, desserts are either crumbs of cakes or unripe vegetables. It is also literally cold in the room in winter, although it is plus 20-25 outside, you can walk in a sweater in the room. It is impossible to open the window and let in warm air. The bathroom is also damp, so it's impossible to dry things after the beach. In general, the hotel is just to spend the night.

The hotel requires renovation ,very loud music from the club bar "monkey" until 3 a.m. ,the elevators are also beeping ,you can hear who has room Windows facing the inside of the hotel ,no noise insulation ,food is normal,the pool on the roof is warm,the bus stop is 1 minute walk away ,the metro is 5 minutes
