We were traveling from Moscow by minibus. I read a lot of negative reviews on various sites and did not dare to go. But I had to come home as soon as possible, so I decided-and I didn't regret it.
There are no complaints.
The dispatcher is polite, the reservation was confirmed back in Donetsk. And the day before my departure, they couldn't get through to my Russian number, so they took the time to find me in TG and wrote a message.
About the trip itself:
Comfortable seats, polite and attentive driver. He made stops often so that we could warm up, have a snack, and smoke (who smokes). But at the same time we got there quickly.
We promised in 16 hours, we got there in 14. And I can't say that he drove hard.
The only thing is, we were driving through the LPR, there you need to get out at the checkpoint, and the point itself is in a "booth", people are standing on the street. We got a little cold while we were waiting. At the points in the DPR, as a rule, passengers no longer leave on the way back.
Alexander, the white Volkswagen - thank you.
Boorish attitude. Complete failure to comply with the norms of communication on the part of both the dispatcher and the driver is terrible, unsafe driving. Upon arrival in Moscow, he did not take me to the metro, but brought me to some yards, threw my things out in the snow and left. The dispatcher swore at me for my claim. Do not miss negative reviews
Many thanks to the driver Andrey, Ford transit 621 car. We were traveling from Gelendzhik to Donetsk. Polite, stops on demand, air conditioning in the car, very satisfied with the trip. Once again, thank you very much, Andrey!!!
