I faced the following situation: I came to buy a pizza, the price was indicated per kg, both on the general price tag and on the price tag on the product itself. When calculating it turned out that the price per piece, I clarified with the staff what the confusion was and why the price was indicated per kg. In response, nothing concrete and changes for the error (it is clear that anything can be a banal human factor) did not follow, and no one began to correct the price either. I refused to buy on principle, to which I heard indignation from the staff in the back in the style: "what did you want? pizza for pennies?" No, I didn't want pizza for pennies, I would like people (in this case, it wasn'T students!) they behaved with dignity and politeness, because it is from these people that the students of this institution study, and did not adopt such a rude and uncultured style of communication with customers.
