I paid for the master's call, sent a receipt for payment and had to call for 3 more weeks for the master to come and connect. Last time they promised that the accountant would come up, because "a major repair with installation is at my address! And you can only have restoration, so my order is not a priority!" Oh, gods ! What is it called? Why are they still working? There is a lot of one star for such services

A terrible organization. They do not fulfill their duties under service contracts. They are rude and do not respond to requests. It's just a disgusting attitude.
