We ordered pizza on 30.10.24 by 19.15 for the child's birthday. The order number is 1171194. The holiday was scheduled by the minute. The delivery was delayed for 20 minutes, but judging by the reviews, we were still lucky, they write that they are delayed for an hour or two. And it would be fine if the problem was only 20 minutes away... The pizza arrived cold, dry, tasteless, there was indecently little filling, it was difficult to call it pizza, it was very embarrassing in front of the guests. The children were ordered nuggets, and they refused to eat them, saying they looked like boiled potatoes. The courier is generally a separate topic, we thought he would fall asleep while he gave the order, he was in no hurry from the word at all, neither hello nor sorry for the delay, he only announced the amount. There were delays before, but it was warm and edible. I do not recommend this pizzeria.

This is some kind of joke To clarify, the initial waiting time was 36 minutes You are normal in general, I waited for 2 hours !!! As a result, they did not even apologize to me for waiting I ask the management to pay attention to this situation! I want to note that the pizza arrived cold and dry And this means that they simply forgot about it or scored it !

I ordered pizza in the evening, they brought it quickly, there are no questions, but the pizza itself is something especially a cheese side with a diameter of a good fat "carrot". It tastes terrible like sour milk. The last time I ordered pizza in this chain was a year ago and it was a complete horror and a year has passed, the number has changed - nothing has changed. Dear managers, until you stop recruiting pizza guys from the 1st year of college, it will be a fiasco. And, yes, this delicious pizza had to be thrown away because it is impossible to eat it.
