When delivering, the time is indicated for an hour and a half, but kind employees call back and ask - 2.5 hours delivery! Is it convenient to wait? As if hoping for a cancellation, although my house is a 10-minute drive from the night delivery, 15 walking distance. 🤷🏻♀️

In fact, we received pizza on a very thin dough, although it was important for us that the pizza was NOT on a thin dough. I called the dispatcher, they ordered that there was no choice of dough for pizza with a hot dog board (but when ordering by phone, I was not warned about this). The dispatcher said that this dough is something between a classic and a thin dough, but as for me, the dough was too thin and in some places it is even highlighted (photo attached)

Что касается атмосферы. Обычная пиццерия формата фаст-фут кафе. Не сильно уютно, но есть где присесть и перекусить.

BUT...we came on Tuesday, there was a promotion of 2 pizzas and a Coke for the price of one, it was very nice. At the table, you could play checkers (the idea went to the children with a bang). And the recreation area for kids was also liked by adult children. Thank you so much for that. The room is small, but very cozy. Pizzas are diverse, thanks to the promotion we were able to try many options and all were cooked wonderfully.

Сама пицца неплохая, вкусная. Но! Заказать пиццу в 8 утра в круглосуточной пиццерии очень сложно. Раньше это составляло час, при рекламе про 30 минут, но ладно, достаточно рано, допустим. Позже стало 1.5 часа. Сегодня мне уже звонят и говорят про 3 часа. В чем смысл такой доставки? К чему тогда реклама про 30 минут? И не зима вроде бы, не ковид, персонал по идее должен быть…

Сделала заказ в 23.20 доставка должна быть через полчаса , оплатила . Позвонил оператор и сказал ждать 2 часа . Я отказалась. На что мне сказали возврат средств ждите 5 дней и это мои проблемы я ао всем виновата сама . Отвратительное отношение к клиентам . Почему при оплате нигде не было информации что доставка с большой задержкой

Давно не заходил в эту пиццерию, был приятно удивлен обновившемуся дизайну в помещении. Кроме пиццы можно всегда перекусить чем-то другим - байтсы с корицей, пормезаном или грушей + стаканчик кофе.

Уже несколько месяцев закупаю для семьи пиццы у них. Выбор большой, обслуживание на достойном уровне, регулярно какие-нибудь акции и можно сэкономить.
Утверждать, что самые вкусные пиццы - не буду, потому как многих конкурентов ещё не пробовал. Но и претензий к качеству не имею, никто из семьи не кривился когда пробовали разные и не разу не отравились.

Let's take it in order. How nice it turned out that the kankurants are not dazmagalisya, and you feel like monopolists, and perhaps the whales of the pizza market in Minsk, yes, the whole of Belarus. I am the most ungrateful customer from the Serebryanka district who ordered your "naytsudouneyshey" pizza several times. I love cheese pizzas on thin dough and in my first order from such a prominent area I received a dish in the form of dried sour cream, which was carried for 1.5 hours. Well, anything happens, I thought, maybe there is not enough staff and so on ...
This attitude happened often, and after half a year I make an order taking into account all the jokes with the delivery time, and it is not changed and = 1.5 h. Arrived barely warm, at night (apparently there were traffic jams), the courier apologized for being late and offered (you won't believe it) free bytes for the next order. Taking into account the points, I spent 33p for cheese on thin, cola and sauce, I wanted to pamper myself, so to speak. After a negative review in the application, they called in the morning: we will make 30% on the next order and blah blah blah. Given the fact that there are 2 dominoes in the area, the delivery went from Olshevsky, what? It's just pizza, and come on, what's expensive at the moment, so at least we would continue to think about how to improve our work, apparently it's not necessary. It's expensive, you don't pull late delivery, but you do, because lava is necessary, but quality is not necessary. I wish you to close suddenly. Disrespect, arrogance and unprofessionalism. You are not a pizzeria, but a cheburechnaya.

Кофе ужасный от слова совсем, это вообще сложно назвать «кофе» скорее вода с горечью. В пицце где не должно быть Грибов вообще, попалось пару кусочков. Неоправданно дорого.

Горячая и отличная пицца в короткое время. От момента заказа и до получения пиццы прошло 30 минут во время большого спроса. Пицца приехала очень свежей и вкусной, отлично налажена система.

Есть чувство, что Доминос забыли, что в пицце нужен соус. 3 последних раза вместо Пепперони я получал кусок теста с накиданной сверху колбасой. Я люблю тесто, люблю колбасу. Но хотелось бы все это дело закрепить соусом.
Когда, у конкурентов пицца дешевле и сочнее, возникает вопрос: а в чём на сегодня преимущество Доминос? Мое доверие вернётся вместе с соусом.
Если у вас проблемы с поставками, я разрешаю плюхнуть мне кетчуп Хайнц с кассы прямо в пиццу.
Тройка за тесто и твердые ингредиенты. Тут вопросов нет.

Это нормально когда пиццу и крылышки доставляют на 21 минуту с опозданием, а потом дают промокод 1 рубль за пиццу, но для этого нужно купить вторую?!… Но желания пользоваться их сервисом уже нет! Получается смысла в промокоде нет!!!
