Specifically for the delivery- one star! I made a paid online order at 21.50, it was supposed to be delivered at 22.25, as a result, it was delivered an hour later, at 23.20. The total waiting time is 1.5hours. At the same time, there are no notes in the application "currently the restaurant is overloaded, the order delivery time is 60 minutes." All this in silence. I called support after half an hour of waiting, and they gave me the excuse "the courier will be here in 5-7 minutes." Needless to say, the impression and mood are ruined! And that if I had been warned about such a delay, I would have ordered it elsewhere. Upd: and yes, the order wasn't for me personally alone, so the get-togethers went down the drain.
