There are no special complaints about the pizza itself, but the delivery was very disappointing. My son asked for pizza to be brought to him in the army. I ordered it in the evening, for tomorrow at 11.30. I understood that the order was one of the first, but I had to arrive by a certain time. It's an army! We planned to leave at 12 o'clock and drive for more than an hour. I thought there might be a delay, but I thought 30 minutes would be enough. There was no one at 12, from all the information: the order is on the way. It's two stops from the restaurant. I called the service at a short number, they contacted someone there and said they would bring me in five, Maxim 8 minutes. After 20 minutes, I dialed again, and already in the process of talking and waiting on the line, a delivery car arrived with a girl at the wheel. We were already waiting outside, as we had to pick up the pizza and leave immediately - we were half an hour late. There were no apologies, she just calmly said about the increased workload and that was it. It's probably normal for her personally. As a result, the delivery was delayed for 55 minutes, no one apologized, and everyone's nerves burned out. After some time, I received a promo code for a small pizza for 1 kopeck. I guess that's kind of an apology, I don't know. I won't use it, and I won't order delivery without two hours left!
There is a small remark, I have noticed more than once when people come up and start asking about some promotions, discounts, etc. cashiers start to get nervous, probably because of all these questions, please kindly tell people about all these promotions at the checkout, not everyone reads about your promotions and discounts on the site.
