After that, we applied to the director for a refund, since there is no door installation and delivery service, to which 2 days later we received a refusal from the director of the Domino store for a refund, despite the receipt and the fact that only 1 day has passed since the purchase, they offered not to take the door if we did not need it I need it, but they won't give me the money. That is, they will sell it again. After a long search for delivery and installation at our own expense, we took and installed the door, but now we categorically do not recommend the purchase of bulky items in this store to all our friends, there is no service, there is no desire to help the client and there is no desire to improve the service at all. The refusal to refund money simply shows the lack of basic high-quality service, service and civilized, globally accepted customer service in this store. The client is just nothing to them.
