I left a request to connect this "Miracle" service provider, so they connected only after 1.5 months of waiting, and this only after a trip to their office and a scandal demanding a refund for the router that they took in advance.What can I say about the speed of response to breakdowns and so on. There was a situation with the loss of the Internet in our and neighboring 4 houses - they were repaired for 7 days, and this is not an isolated case of breakdowns.Often there is no Internet, sometimes even television disappears.The operator's lines are often simply not available, let alone waiting in line.The operators do not know anything about the approximate repair period and just "feed breakfast".Now, again, they have problems related to hacking by mythical Ukrainian hackers and, accordingly, there are no Internet services and even sometimes television.It's been a week(((.So draw conclusions)))
