Everything is done with love and care! You feel at home in the houses, everything is clean and cozy!
To the sea is literally 10 minutes on foot with a slow walking pace!
There is a park nearby) I really liked it 🥰 we will come again ♥️ thank you again!!!

Awesome houses, everything you need. A quiet place, a cool gazebo, cozy, beautiful, modern. One of the best beaches of Sukhum is nearby. We have been coming here for the second year, we will return again)

According to the houses themselves, everything is fine, the houses are new and clean, the area is quiet but close to the sea. In general, I liked everything!
