Of the advantages, I will say that it is clean and there is no garbage. There were no problems with the owner. A good place to celebrate something. No one will interfere. It's quiet and the nature is normal. There is a sauna and an artificial pond. There are tables on the veranda for 20 people or more. There is furniture and decorations in the yard. There is also billiards and table tennis. The price is acceptable. Parking space in the courtyard of a large house for several cars (up to 5 + on the street).
Cons: It is not very clear which house is located where. There is no music. There is not even an option to rent a pair of music speakers. The pond at the big house is very shallow and it is already at the stage of waterlogging. I wouldn't swim there. It's a long way from the city. Mobile Internet is weak. As a result, 7/10.
The condition of the house does not pull for the money that was given, they expected much better. The house inside is a little old, the kitchen is small and outdated, the light is very bad in the kitchen especially, the billiard table is still fine, but the tennis table is generally scary. It's small, the legs are askew, apparently someone slept on it)) the sofas in the rooms are terribly uncomfortable, in the morning my back went out the window. In my opinion, it's time to make a good repair there, and then it will be worth the money that is being asked, but for now I would not recommend going there to rest. Maybe only go to the sauna for 2 hours, take a steam bath.
The place is good, but there are still disadvantages. Gazebos are located in a wooded area and by the water, it is good for recreation. But when the weather is not very good and it may rain, you can smear yourself while you go out to the parking lot. The car was not allowed to be brought to the house.
The billiard table is not smooth, the cue is without rubber, only for boring straight lines, the ping pong table is small, the rackets and balls are in poor condition. But the owners did not bother and you can make a lot of noise
