We all visited this place at 17.10. Of course, my impressions were negative. The establishment itself has a pleasant atmosphere in the first hall, in the second hall there is an entrance to the kitchen and tables are next to this room. Every entrance and exit of the staff is accompanied by a creaking and slamming of the door, which, of course, does not allow those sitting next to it to relax at all. We placed an order (the order is made on a tablet), the menu is in Russian and Chinese. The menu does not specify the weight of the portions and it is completely unclear what and how much they will bring you. After ordering, the drink arrived and the receptionist came over with a receipt (to clarify the order). There were 2 portions of the dish in the order that we did not order. We said that we had not ordered this dish. The receptionist left and returned a couple of minutes later, continuing to find out who ordered these two portions of the dish. We have confirmed again that we did not order this dish. Then she argued for 10 minutes and complained that we Slavs do not know how to make orders in their establishment and so on ... the whole situation ended with us paying for a drink and leaving. Because such an attitude towards the client is not acceptable! The mood was ruined! Unacceptable behavior of the staff!
It's a beautiful place, authentic. The staff doesn't speak Russian very well, but it's even more interesting this way. the food is great if you like Chinese. If you ordered something spicy, then it will be spicy. The menu includes chicken, beef, pork, lamb and lots of different teas.
A cozy place, good staff, but I didn't like the kitchen (for an amateur), ordered pork with beans, expected meat, got a bunch of bones with a little fat, delicious, but still for that amount you could put a little meat)
