Recently, my family (5 people) and I had a wonderful vacation in this house.
We came to Abkhazia for the sake of nature, and it is amazing here. There is a relict pine grove nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away.
The location is excellent: in the city center, next to the Pitsunda Cathedral (where I advise you to go to the organ).
Each room in the house has air conditioning, a mini fridge and a TV. There is also Wi-Fi in the house, which is necessary, because roaming operates in Abkhazia. There is a separate territory inside. It's convenient to rent a turnkey house: there are no strangers, it's like relaxing in your own cottage. Meals are not provided, but there is a comfortable kitchen in the house and a barbecue outside.
To relax with friends or family, there is everything for a comfortable stay and enjoying the nature of Abkhazia.

A wonderful place to relax in wonderful Abkhazia. If you are looking for a combination of a home recreation format with privacy, you are here. The house is very conveniently located - close to the relic grove and the beach. You can walk to the Resort, have an ice cream in a cafe on the beach. The house is incredibly cozy and clean. For rent on a turnkey basis is ideal, as there are no strangers. In general, there was a feeling that he had arrived at his dacha. The hosts are very friendly, always in touch. Recommend👌🏻

We had a rest in Pitsunda for the second time. I really like this place in Abkhazia - the grove, the sea. The first time we took three rooms side by side in a private hotel ... but the format of the "shared kitchen" did not suit me at all. There were a lot of people I didn't know, the dishes were shared, the tables were sometimes occupied... as a result, we went to the cafe all the time. And then they found a completely turnkey house. I really liked how everything is lovingly decorated and equipped. There are a lot of details, it is clear that they were doing it "for themselves". I felt at home. Everyone is happy too, they were relaxing in their own circle. Hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, Internet, towels, soap... everything is there. The only wish is that we would also give towels to the beach so that we don't have to carry them with us, because we always try to travel by plane and light.
