For a small fee, you get a two-storey house with modern appliances, a barbecue area, a large gazebo, a Russian bath (for an additional fee), a parking space is also available. There are no air conditioners, you need to open windows in summer to ventilate, but the owners provide a fumigator and there are almost no mosquitoes.

It's just a tin can.
1. You will always be chased by a warden on the territory. The column can only be used at home, it is forbidden to take it with you to the gazebo. It is forbidden to cover a child with a blanket from home. It is forbidden for a child to draw with charcoal on a stone.
2. The quality wifi is below the baseboard, does not ship anything and does not work.
3. The smell of rotten water is an unforgettable impression of the water supply. You will forget what it means to brush your teeth and take a normal shower. In the sauna, the water also stinks of a swamp!
4. Constant strangers coming to the warden, interfering with their presence and views to rest normally.
5. The gazebo was dirty and dusty.
6. The swing is not fixed and when two people swing, they can immediately turn over, they are severely damaged due to lack of safety equipment!
For the money they charged us for the rest, the quality of service is just 0. We will never go there again and we will tell everyone about the spoiled vacation.

Nice house, we had a rest at the weekend, we came from Minsk. All necessary utensils are available, bed linen, shampoos, soap, etc. there was enough space for everyone. Clean, cozy, inexpensive.

We decided to celebrate a friend's anniversary. They called guests from far away. We booked a house for July 02, 2022, made an advance payment a month before that, which we personally brought. And so we arrive at the appointed date at the house, with all the things and products, and the company is already resting there. So do they, it turns out. it was booked for this date. It turned out that whoever drove in first - that's the house. The employee who was present there thought that this was our company and settled them, but there is no place to settle us anymore. This company also did not want to go anywhere, and they are right to prove nothing, because neither we nor that company have any contract, other documents, or any data. The hostess contacted us on the phone, and only apologized, offered us some kind of house 25 km from Polotsk, because they were not going to expel the company they had settled in. It is important that on the eve of the evening, the hostess was contacted, everything was finally clarified. There was no desire to get to another house, and most importantly on what, because we specifically chose this house so that it would not be far from the city and it would be convenient for everyone to get there. So that you understand, it's Saturday evening, and here we are with the whole company with bags, food, near the fence of this house, and we don't know what to do, because we can't order anything on Saturday evening, the prepayment was returned to us. And that's where our vacation is completely ruined!!!

Disgusting. The filters for the water supply have not been changed since the construction of the cottage, it is simply impossible to wash anywhere because of the terrible stench of rotten water!

But there are 2 big ones, but, firstly, a woman who lives in the same territory constantly came with a bunch of unnecessary questions, disturbed the guests, was rude, did not accept hospitably, in general, from the very beginning there was a negative and the mood deteriorated
Secondly, we agreed with the owner on the same terms, we discussed everything, but when we arrived there a couple of hours later, there were questions about payment, as a result we had to pay extra and the amount came out 2 times more than we agreed, for such an amount It was possible to rent a manor much better and without such problems
The house is good, but we were dissatisfied with the attitude
If you want to have a good rest, find another house better

Awful. I don't recommend it. Since we paid an advance payment for a month, we came on vacation. And other people are already resting there. They probably forgot that they have 2 events planned for this date. So our vacation happened, we were looking for another place. IN A WORD, SUCH AN ATTITUDE TO BOOKING IS VERY INTERESTING.
