Pros: excellent karaoke sound, a huge selection of songs, there are 5 VIP halls for different numbers of guests. There is a common room, many tables, a small dance floor. Very polite waiters, helpful, attentive. Good wines. A large wine list. The interior is pleasant, everything is new. There are no smells in the VIP room.
Prepayment at the time of booking is 10000 tenge. Deposits starting from 60,000 in vipka for 7 people. Further higher in other vips depending on the number of people.
Food: there are dishes for the company, there are dishes for the person. . The portions are small in huge plates. Well, for four, there was nothing really tasty.
The dance floor starts working at 12 a.m. Before that, karaoke is also sung in the common room.
The biggest disadvantage is that it is very cold in the VIP halls. Not just cold, but very cold. The battery was not working and the air conditioner was on. To our requests to remove the air conditioner and turn on the heat, the staff replied that these were the rules, since sometimes they order a hookah. But we didn't order that. The food cooled down instantly. Of course, blankets were brought to us. We had to wear outerwear. Is this the right thing to do? It was uncomfortable. Moreover, the prices there are above average.
If it wasn't for this moment, I would have given the highest score. And so it turns out that no one really cares about the customers. Especially with vipok.

I absolutely do not advise anyone! If you don't want to be cheated out of huge sums. A terrible institution in which they brazenly deceive from the waiters to the security service, I don't say anything about the administrator at all!
We booked a VIP with a deposit of 150 thousand tenge on the night of October 5-6 after the wedding. After that, it was extended for another 1 hour also for 150 thousand tenge. As a result, they bring an invoice for 214,400 tenge, excluding maintenance, and demand to pay 85 thousand tenge. To the question: why is only the first payment of a deposit of 150 thousand taken into account in the account, and there is no second one, I did not receive a clear answer, and the police officers invited by the administrator herself did not receive it. I have written a statement against this organization accusing it of fraud.

An excellent new restaurant, the service is finally decent in the city of Uralsk - the hall administrator, the waiters are trained and friendly.
The kitchen is a separate topic for description, I'll just say it's exquisite and delicious. I managed to eat for two days in a row and every dish was a revelation, starting with salads, main dishes and even cream soup are simply divine.
It is necessary to note the live performance by young singers in three languages. At the moment when your taste buds are enjoying food, your ears are blissful listening to songs in Kazakh, good English and even Russian in the lounge style.

The key point is that I am from another country. It is also not clear how they will resolve the issue. After I said that I was from another country, he offered to give a coupon to the institution. I didn't lose 10 dollars, and the institution lost a client. Since I was going to come with my wife to the restaurant already. As a result, I would like to note the pathos of the institution, acceptable prices and the non-triviality of the dishes. There is no longer a desire to visit this cafe, and even more so the restaurant. Since, most likely, the kitchen at the cafe and at the restaurant is the same.

The interior is not bad. The name of Dombra sounds patriotic, but then why is there no patriotism on the menu?! There are no national dishes, except fast food and several hot dishes from different foreign countries. In general, the institution does not correspond to its name, does not correspond to its pricing policy, since fast food can be eaten in ordinary eateries. Such a cafe with such an interior should be worth such a price list, if of course the menu is improved and the service then should be at the highest level. So far, everything is sad. I don't know about the restaurant. I was at karaoke, they didn't let me in because I haven't been there for 25 years. Somehow we talked it over and were allowed to sit until 12. The acoustics are generally good, but the choice of songs was disappointing, there are not many popular songs, in particular Kazakh pop. To sum up, we had a good time.
