My friends and I were so glad when small shops with the cozy name "Home bakery" appeared in Kobrin. Finally, you can buy delicious real bread, cakes and pies. It's not like we ate it from morning to night, no. I just really wanted, if necessary, when guests are traveling, but there is no mood and no opportunity to bake at home, go to the nearest chain store and buy a delicious natural cake or cakes. But, unfortunately, the hopes were not fulfilled. There is not a single natural cake!!! And today I came in and saw a novelty - eclairs!! They looked beautiful. She asked to see the composition and was "pleasantly surprised" that the cream in eclairs is not natural, but made from vegetable fats! That is, they offer eclairs with margarine! Thank you, but I don't want such homemade pastries(

Baking for the mass (very mass) consumer. Margarine cakes and pastries. Even the novelty pistachio eclair managed to fill with insoluble margarine putty, such as a cream with vegetable oils, instead of natural custard. That is, "homemade cakes" is just the name. Very sorry. I bypass this institution and advise the same to those who are worried about their health.
