Excellent guest house, good repair, excellent staff Oksana and Galina are great professionals in their field. Internet, TV, hot water, communal dining room, large spacious hall, parking spaces. It is a 3-minute walk from the market in the city center. Next time we'll stay only with you. I recommend.

I was with my husband and mother in 2019 in September, great hotel, polite staff, all conditions! The price is great! Don't compare it with the sochs! Where the hell are you going?? On the seashore??? People wake up!!! It's not a good idea to write shit! We'll stay there this year too!

The territory is terrible, everything is in the trash near the hotel, the owner does not think at all that there is a garbage can around in the literal sense, it's a pity, stray dogs are running, it's very unpleasant to get there. Rooms are expensive for the city, in Lugansk it is cheaper to rent a hotel room in the city center than here, it is much more comfortable and equipped. I was very disappointed, but this is the only "hotel" in the city, unfortunately.

The staff is not friendly, they are rude, and look at you as if you are asking to live for free, although they take a lot of money, they cost so much a day in Sochi. It's dirty, there's hair on the bed, the shower and toilet are dirty.
