I didn't find any disadvantages. Only a positive impression. We had a rest at the height of the season - in August. The view from the 17th floor balcony is gorgeous. To the right is the sea, to the left are mountains and planes in the distance are landing so that they seem to land on the water. The elevators (6 pcs) are working properly and arrive quickly. We didn't feel any discomfort. There is security on the ground floor around the clock, it is always clean, the air conditioners work perfectly. There is a large beautiful aquarium above the reception. The location of the house is excellent, the sea is very close and the entire infrastructure is at hand.
