I got in touch, they promised to call me back, and then they stopped answering the phone. Not seriously. Another attempt in 2025: Bouquets are made well, of high quality. Delivery is lame, very bad. Today, 05/07/2025, on my wife's birthday, one of the TWO bouquets ordered was delivered. I called and had a fight. "Oh, and your bouquet is here, well, let's take it now. it happens," they replied. The reason is that the order was accepted by another administrator. I ordered 2 bouquets at the same time, and paid for 2 bouquets in one payment. The mood is spoiled by the disgusting service. What if I hadn't called? Did we sell my bouquet to the side?
