A very beautiful house and plot are maintained. It's a pity not to get in. The island itself is wonderful, it's worth just walking there, there is a bike rental, scooters.
Unfortunately, only ruins remained of the Troitsky house. But the island of Adalar itself is beautiful. So there's a lot to see, like nature, views, and beautiful wooden and stone houses.
The house is fenced with a fence and barbed wire, there is no way to get inside (we have not found how, and most likely it is unsafe).
The house is not being monitored and for this reason it is falling apart.
It's a pity that this is happening.
Even from these remnants, you can imagine how beautiful the house was, and the view from it was 100% stunning
. The island itself is a must-visit.
Grab a bike and enjoy the views.
There's nothing left to see. A ruined building that cannot be approached. We walked from the pier using the navigator. When we reached the place, it turned out that the passage to the house was blocked by the private territory of neighboring buildings. Perhaps the passage was on the other side, but we were with a child, and we didn't want to look for the entrance anymore. From a distance, we saw a permitted building with collapsed walls.
This story is already very far from our time. There's not much left of the house. You can come here along the way to feel it. One can only imagine what it was like here in those distant times.
Well, soooo, ruins, you can't get through, you can't get through, everything is covered in thorns.
So if you are a historian or a very passionate person about this character, you can look at what I have attached)
3 stars purely because of the thorns, ruffles, no wire cutters - hang up)
Such a "landmark", but we found it and got there. You can't go near the house. Just to indicate that we were here. Well, my son took a photo for the history teacher)
The house, abandoned on the outskirts of the island, has a clearly interesting architecture, which has fallen into disrepair in the truest sense of the word and is overgrown with plants. If you go in and look at it from behind the fence, it's just for show.
A very beautiful island with incredibly beautiful houses, pets and historical sites.Special attention is paid to the means of transportation-electric transport!!!.Well, I really recommend it.
It looks exactly like in the picture.. fence, emptiness and garbage. The house itself has not been preserved, only the geometry and the fence indicate its presence there.
An abandoned place. No flowers from the Communists, nor from the common proletariat. I was alone on a bike in this secluded place with a stunning view of the Marmara Sea
The house, of course, is destroyed. Around the house of Turks with gates. The gates are closed, it is impossible to approach the house, and it is difficult to see through the Turkish fences. There is probably an atmosphere of its own, if you look closely. Is it worth going? For those who want to take a peek and are not lazy, go. It will be possible to salute in the company that was at Trotsky's house.)
It's just ruins surrounded by barbed wire. There is a mountain of garbage nearby. It's not worth the time. Sadness, period…

Interesting for the general outlook. It's a pity that the place is abandoned. Although the location is very interesting and the site has access to the sea, the place is still in disrepair.
Picturesque ruins behind the fence. For history, you can visit, anyway the main sightseeing route passes by. But don't wait for wow. But there are a lot of cats nearby and a beautiful new house of some Pasha.
There is no way to get to the building, and it is a pity that it is in such disrepair.
However, the ruins are picturesque in the thickets.
The best view is from the sea, especially the contrast is felt due to the neighboring well-maintained mansions.
There is no point in visiting this place. There is a fence around, weeds, and almost nothing left of the house. It is much more interesting to just walk around the island, you can see quite interesting buildings.
As of September 2024. everything is even more overgrown. There is garbage on all sides. If you go down the path, there are gates, there is no exit to the sea. Out of the pleasant - while you are walking to Trotsky's house, there is such an interesting house
At the fence, through which you can look at these ruins, you can see the traces of compatriots.

The island is definitely worth a visit. Trotsky's house is almost invisible, but the very feeling of "history" is breathtaking. And the road to the house is very colorful.

I have been to Aladar Island 2 times. A magical place! I recommend it to anyone who loves silence, air and history.
The building is for sale, so there is no access to it. If you take a tour, you can hear his difficult story in detail. The potential buyer must preserve the historical walls, plus the local authorities have a lot of restrictions on the possible use of the premises, so, apparently, there are no willing ones
This landmark is an abandoned ruined overgrown with bushes. To set the very goal of coming there in order to get static pleasure is not worth the time.

We managed to see only one wall surrounded by wire. It's a pity that no one wants to restore it. It's better not to go there alone, because there are no tourists on this route.
It is not possible to get close, as there are private houses around with gates, fences and dogs. You can't see anything from afar either. You don't have to waste time on this route.
It is impossible to enter the territory (at least officially). Chickens are walking around the territory and everything is overgrown. There is a lot of garbage lying around. Only rubble remains of the building.
Probably, if it were possible to get inside, or at least follow the route proposed by Yandex, then the score would be higher. And so - to look at the ruins from behind the fence…
