A large, central store in Orsha. Definitely worth a look. I sincerely love the office and tableware department on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the 2nd and 3rd floors were not pleased with the assortment this year - it feels like all things with a normal design are either instantly sold out or initially exported, bypassing the market of their native Belarus.
Ooooh, this is our favorite place, when visiting relatives in Orsha, we come there every year, the price tag is certainly not small, there are not many people there, in general, this is the Central Department store, only Orsha. There are a lot of interesting things there, good knitwear, not a bad children's store, tulle, curtains, towels, cosmetics, perfume, stationery, dishes, souvenirs, chandeliers, frying pans. I personally like the pleasant service, for such a small town, it's straight elite.
An older saleswoman in the cosmetics department stood over me like a cerberus, like some kind of overseer, is that really possible??without taking my eyes off when I was choosing wet wipes.. it was very unpleasant when they look at you and do not take their eyes off you, and fix the napkins after you, because they were lying so neatly, a sick inadequate saleswoman! I was dissatisfied with the service ... have a conversation with the staff, dear management.. so that people can comfortably choose a product without the incessant gaze of the seller burning them, this is very unpleasant and repels from the store
Plus. The assortment has been updated, it has become more diverse, the location of departments has changed, polite staff with knowledge of the product that is being sold.
Minus. Some sellers are just serving time. Recently, I walked around the department for 40 minutes looking for things, but no one came close, offered to help. To my phrase that I can't find anything for myself, I received an answer: "We recently had a delivery..." No comments… So I left without buying…
A good store, you can find everything in one place, a large selection of goods. Minus one star for the children's clothing department (a small assortment of clothes for the youngest), unjustifiably inflated prices for some goods, concerns children's clothes and goods in the household department, the tableware department.
Everything is old, apparently nothing has been done since the USSR, shops are not very good, prices are not cheap from the word at all, the perfume counter on the 1st floor sells at inadequate prices, the question of originality also remains open! 600 Belarusian rubles for Dior Sauvage, also of dubious quality, well, a nightmare in general😱
You are immersed in childhood - in the USSR, but on the good side. Everything is there except food and construction. You can buy: clothes, MSRP, household chemicals, a large selection of toys. Prices are the same as everywhere else. Something is more expensive, something is cheaper. The store is good!
Even if there are good goods, the prices there are still higher than in other places of the city. Although sometimes it happens that in other places there is not what you need, but there is a department store and I go there to buy it.
The staff is excellent, there is a wide choice, but the prices do not depend on the staff. I would like to see some products lower, for example, children's ones. To the staff - health, good luck, peaceful sky.
It is always clean, the territory has been improved near the department store, fountains, 2 large TVs, benches have been installed, it is pleasant to walk
Basically a normal store. Good prices for textiles. You can always choose the dishes. A decent selection of stationery and children's toys at reasonable prices
On August 16, we bought care cosmetics with our daughter. We are very satisfied with the service. The seller advised and helped to choose the funds. Everything is fine. We will definitely come again
As for the first floor of the House of Commerce, in general it is not bad, but to make a walk-through tableware department - who would think of such a thing!??. It used to be a little more convenient, the passage should be a passage, not a pile of goods. People walk with both children and bags, you never know if you can touch the goods, because the passage is small. It is completely inconvenient, as well as on the second floor with shoes and haberdashery. It would be worthwhile for the management to reconsider others.options for the placement of departments and products. In general, I like departments, a lot of interesting things can be found and bought.
Polite, attentive sellers in the fabric department and the children's department—thank them for their service.
I don't visit the store often, but this time I was pleasantly surprised, there is something to see in the women's department. There is a choice of long dresses for summer and trousers.Dresses are of good quality, pleasant colors, but there is one disadvantage, there are a lot of small sizes and no big ones. And so it is with the entire assortment, but adults earn cartridges, and our ladies are not only size 48, but also 54.56. And there are a lot of young people with such sizes, please keep in mind when you take the goods.I would like to see these sizes among long dresses, skirts, Jeans.
We made a rearrangement - it's fresh. Very helpful sellers in all departments of the first floor and Mark Farmel. The tableware department is excellent.
A good store. There are many different products. I would like more promotions and discounts. Of the cons: In the household goods department, the wallpaper has been hanging the same for years, jammed in the amount of 1 tube.
The House of Commerce is located in a very good location-the central square of the city. The house of commerce has a very large assortment of goods in different directions, something is constantly being improved, everything would be fine, but... in some departments, sellers do not differ in friendliness and service culture, it is necessary, after all, to get away from the old methods of service, pay more attention to customers, rather than personal conversations
A large selection of goods, good quality, prices are higher than on the market. The location is convenient in the very center of the city, near the park and Lenin Square.
A good store, clean, a large selection of affordable goods, especially for children. It is very good that there are Belarusian goods. He didn't leave without shopping!
The store was completely rebuilt. The departments were merged, the shoe department was removed. Prices are inflated, the same product as in other stores, but much more expensive.
A Soviet-built store. But the management is doing everything possible to expand the range and meet the needs of consumers as fully as possible, especially considering that there is no longer a general store of manufactured goods in the city.
When I come to the department store on the 3rd floor, the sellers are standing in a bunch and loudly discussing their problems, laughing at the whole hall.... and this is not once ... when I chose clothes, the sellers approached the checkout without seeing me talking further ... only then noticed…
The House of Trade does not correspond to modern times in terms of its area and assortment of goods, those places that were once aisles are littered with goods, the aisles are narrow, it is not convenient to consider the goods. The range of products is monotonous, our Belarusian clothing brands are poorly represented, the choice is small and one-sided. On the third floor, too, everything is somehow crumpled, it is cramped between the hangers, the choice of clothes is weak, a lot of synthetics are similar in quality to the market, but the price is twice as high. The conclusion is that it is not a modern store, they sell everything and nothing.
There was a store like a store, a normal old Soviet department store that I wanted to go to. Now, in pursuit of a modern modern format, the store has been completely "knocked over", nothing is clear, the distribution of retail space is completely stupid. Going to the store turned into an impassable quest. You can't turn around in the toy department, board games are stacked like Egyptian pyramids, if you pull one out, the rest will fall from above. The cosmetics department is pleased, now you can safely take any product and study its composition, read the characteristics, and not stand and blunt in front of the showcase in the throes of choice.
In general, I'm for the good old Trading House!
Polite staff, high-quality products. I go, I buy, I like it. I don't like the fact that you go to the second floor through the dishes, you're afraid to hook something.
The store itself is not bad, but the inflated price tags for goods that I can buy at a different price in another store will someday finish.the quality is normal, but not at all.
