The recreation center is good. The view is beautiful. There is a cafe (I did not get there, because it was closed for special services). It is better to rent a house for 5 people, because 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, a covered terrace with a large table, a large balcony, a barbecue, a TV, a large refrigerator, etc. There is also a house for 7 people with a huge terrace overlooking the lake (in the evening, the lighting of the bridge over the lake turns on). But there are small disadvantages that need to be solved before visiting:
- there are no dishes in the houses
at all -there is a barbecue, but there are no grills, skewers, coal
-in a hotel room for 2 people, there are dishes for only 1 person.

We were celebrating a friend's birthday - an anniversary. Toastmaster at the highest level (Alexander). Special thanks to Irina - the voice was amazing. The interior was pleased, panoramic windows, in summer it will be gorgeous. For banquets, weddings and anniversaries - excellent.

A gazebo was booked (a contract was signed, paid for), and upon arrival it turned out that our gazebo was occupied by other people (who also had a contract and payment for this gazebo and for this time). And for some reason we were signed up for another gazebo, which is worse in terms of amenities than the one ordered. The mood and the holiday were spoiled from the first minute of their stay. I do not recommend it.

It's a beautiful place, everything is well organized. Playgrounds with swings, a sandbox, slides. The gazebos are spacious, there is enough space for dancing until the morning. The cabins have everything you need for a comfortable stay (kettle, stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, TV, shower, toilet, closets, beds with bed linen). One caveat, it would be possible to add firewood to the barbecue, even at the checkout. Take note of the idea.

We rested in a two-storey attic-type house number 1. The furniture is all dead, there is a TV, but there is no remote control. The administrator tried to configure it through the buttons on the TV, but nothing worked. The floors are dirty, there are ants in the kitchen, the kettle is covered in scale, tulle and bed linen with holes.
There are no dishes and cutlery in the house and no one warned about it. The cafe was closed for special service that day. We went to the nearest store to buy disposable tableware.
The lake is not equipped for fishing. The shore was overgrown with reeds and fishing was possible only from the pier. Swimming on the lake is prohibited.
And in addition, the next day there was no water in the morning, because the pump broke down. Of course, no one was in a hurry to fix it, and we were not offered any alternative solution to this problem. We came on vacation with children and the lack of water caused a lot of inconvenience.
Nature and the availability of playgrounds are among the advantages.
They paid 200 rubles for the rent of the house. and its condition is not worth the money. The rest was ruined.

We rested in one-story and two-story houses. Everything is clean and tidy. But I liked it more in the 2-storey building)) There is a lot of space! Downstairs there is a large living room with a sofa and a TV, a kitchen area, a terrace and a bathroom. knot. A massive staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there are 2 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds, the second with a large bed, wardrobes, mirrors, clean bed linen and towels), a toilet, a spacious bathroom with a window, a balcony😍 Everything is very cozy. There is a huge table on the terrace, benches for a large company, a barbecue. The territory of the house in the backyard is fenced, the children will not run away)) There is a playground with slides and swings nearby. There is a trampoline. There will be entertainment for everyone.
In the evening, lanterns are lit on the territory of the estate, a wonderful illuminated bridge, as if from a fairy tale!
The only caveat is to take everything with you) spoons, forks, knives, plates, cups, sugar, tea, salt. Of the kitchen utensils, there is nothing in the houses from the word at all! But this moment could not spoil the impression, because they took everything with them)) well, my husband's wish is to launch a fish and breed it, we didn't catch any😁
In general, the reboot was more than successful. A place that is definitely worth a visit!!! I recommend it! You won't want to leave!

The only thing I liked was the nature around, the rest is just in a deplorable state!!! We rented 4 houses -it's just a fear:the repair is terrible, it is not removed from the word at all, the stove did not work (I had to go to the next house and cook potatoes there), there are a lot of spiders, mosquitoes in and around the house..TVs are not clear what they are for, probably for the sake of appearance) there is no remote control for them (we went to the administrator, to which we received the answer that there are no remotes at all to any TV), and before the administrator tried to find the remote control on their own, searched in all the shuflyadki and we found only sorry, someone's underpants in one of the shuflyad 🤦♀️it's just trash😠we were shocked 🙈there were no dishes or any kitchen utensils either.. In general, some negative emotions, not a foot in there anymore... Probably, if some kind of inspection and sanitation station had arrived there, then these houses would have been closed long ago!!!!

Breakfast is excellent.
The parking is guarded.
Block system, one shower for 3 rooms. It did not cause any inconvenience. There is no kettle in the rooms, no hair dryer, no TV.
There is a separate living room with kitchen equipment.
The barbecue gazebo is located far from the hotel complex. On the other side of the lake.
You need to take skewers, grates and charcoal with you. They don't have it and they don't have it for money.

There was no repair there from the word when! Broken door and window handles. The tiles on the floor of the first floor are broken. Broken interior doors. There is no curtain in the shower-it fills the entire floor. There are no dishes from the word at all. No way! No plates! No glasses! And the overall depressing condition of the house.
