I was going to make a good order for a set of expensive pots for a certain day. The man on the phone said that he would accept the order, but he only needed to call and remind them of his order so that they would not lose it. And what else needs to be done?
Apparently, this is an impossible task for this store - to bring the order in 4 days and not lose it. I haven't seen this in Belarus for a long time. It's so self-confident and brazen to talk on the phone... I'm probably already used to the fact that there are many companies in Minsk that provide a good level of service. And then I ran into it... In principle, after such a conversation on the phone, I will not spend a penny here.

I bought a 22l cauldron here from the Ukrainian company Sitol. I really like to cook on the grill, so stewed ribs in a cauldron have become my signature dish. The store, or rather a chain of stores (I was in two), I really liked: polite saleswomen, gave a discount, and competently consulted. I recommend it!

I bought a thermocup at the Cookware House store about 2 years ago. Recently, a silicone seal (gasket) was lost. It can't be found anywhere, including hardware stores. You can use a thermocup without a seal (gasket), but it leaks. I turned to the website of the Tableware House. They did not have gaskets on sale, but the issue of a new silicone gasket was resolved, and without payment from my side. Thanks! Taking care of a client, especially a former one, is not always found now, so it is very pleasant. I also thank you for the Riopeeg Sports Flask thermocup, a stylish high-quality thing that keeps warm for a long time, does not leak, even if the thermos is in a horizontal position.
