I really enjoyed relaxing in Larisa's house, changing towels and cleaning every day, beautiful dishes in the shared kitchen, there is everything you need, you can pick lavrushka, rosemary, greens in the garden... Larisa is always ready to help when we could not buy kvass for okroshka, she ordered it in Gudauta for us, you can see the sea from the porch, even in the rain you can drink coffee and admire the sea.
The only disadvantage of Primorsky is that there is no path along the sea - sidewalk, you have to walk along the side of the Sukhumi highway, but we are used to it)

Great, quiet place, deserted beach. There is a water and mud clinic with a hydrogen sulfide source nearby.
Near New Athos and Gudauta.
The house has cozy rooms, all have air conditioning. 97 steps to the sea (counted).
The hostess is good-natured, sociable, but does not interfere with conversations. It will always help if necessary. She has wine, chacha, cognac (local), in the garden you can pick kumquat, mulberry, medlar. You can pick some lavrushki at home.
This is the second time we have come with a boa constriction this year - I think it will not be the last.
