From August 13 to August 15, 2024, my family and I, including three small children, rested at the Doszhan recreation area. It all ended in a nightmare — we all got poisoned after lunch at the local canteen.
The symptoms were severe: the children started vomiting and had a high fever, and the adults also suffered very badly. We sought medical help and received confirmation of food poisoning. We are still being treated. After that, we filed an official complaint and even went to court, hoping that the perpetrators would be held accountable. We were also promised a refund, but nothing was returned.
Unfortunately, the case was hushed up. Neither the recreation area administration, nor the sanitary authorities, nor the local government have taken proper measures. Doszhan continues to operate as if nothing had happened, endangering the lives of other people.
We are outraged by the authorities' inaction. This is not just negligence, it is criminal indifference to people. Who can guarantee that other children won't be poisoned there tomorrow?
We demand:
1. To conduct a second sanitary inspection of the recreation area "Doszhan".
2. Suspend its activities until the violations are eliminated.
3. Bring the perpetrators to justice.
4. Conduct an internal investigation against officials who hushed up the case.
We hope that publicity will help achieve justice. People's lives and health should be more important than business and official interests. It is a pity that justice cannot be achieved in our country.

Absolutely without limit, people are being bullied! The hotel has E. coli, which has lifelong effects. Children are being pumped out in intensive care after such a rest! The canteen is more like a distribution in prisons, as they put food at their feet.
