The worst hotel in my life!
The attitude towards visitors at this hotel is striking in its lack of professionalism and complete lack of respect.
Administrators Tatiana and Margarita clearly do not understand how to treat clients.
At the hotel, we chose a package with breakfast and lunch included, since there were eight of us, and eating outside the hotel would be very difficult. However, we soon found out that 29 people had been poisoned in this hotel! We immediately asked the administrators if this would affect our vacation, to which we received the answer: "Yes, everything is in normal mode." But in the end, there is no restaurant, there is nowhere to have a snack and all eight had to look for a place to have a snack. Any self-respecting hotel would have warned guests about such a situation in advance to give them the opportunity to find alternatives.But that's not all.
Today, the receptionist came up to the table where my mother and aunt were sitting, and allowed herself insulting remarks about them, calling them "mares" and advising me to go to a cosmetologist. It's hard to believe that a hotel employee can afford such an attitude towards guests!
This terrible behavior of the staff is unacceptable, and I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel to anyone who appreciates decent service and respectful attitude.

We were from August 14th to 16th.
The horror is complete, the check-in is delayed, because they have one maid who does not have time, a dirty towel was hanging in the bathroom when checking in. And clean towels, the necessary set was delivered only the next day, as well as the missing bed. And it's all through constant trips to the reception and outrage. The receptionist is barely alive, with a disgruntled face.
Breakfasts and lunches suck separately, you stand in line for half an hour to take food, and there is almost nothing there, they don't post new things until you are outraged. The chairs are torn into which you fall, the dishes are very poorly washed, only tea is available from drinks, there are no compotes, etc. and there was not even water, they were provided only for breakfast the next day, again after the outrage.
Now, in a restaurant that is paid for dinner, the waiter is alone, does not have time, forgets orders, it is necessary to catch him and remind him that they have not yet been informed. Payment via their electronic card, which you top up at the reception, it is better to take a check after each payment, because they can be charged at other prices other than the menu. If there is money left on the card, they will not be returned upon eviction, you need to spend it.
Beach. Only the largest garbage is removed, and all the small ones are still hanging on the beach, steel lids, cigarette butts, etc.
Cleanliness of the room. Stains on the bed and towels.
The sound insulation of the rooms is very weak, the music screams until 23:00, walking and talking can be heard from the corridor, so if you are with children, do not take the most expensive room in the main building with a view of the lake.
And most importantly, on those dates that we were, more than 20 people were poisoned, an ambulance was called to people, and then the SES arrived and closed the restaurant. Many found out about it after coming to lunch, no announcement or warning. Look for lunch outside the hotel yourself. Upon arrival home, we realized that we had also poisoned the whole family. Despite this, the administration continued to check in guests and did not warn about mass poisoning of people.
In general, every year I promise that we will not come here anymore, because every year it gets worse and worse, and prices are rising. We're definitely not coming here now.
True reviews can only be read here, it's a pity I saw them on the way. They deleted and closed the comments from Instagram.
Conclusion, I do not recommend it to anyone.
