The most shameful place in the whole of Uruch! The terrible, decrepit house of officers is all rented to a bunch of companies, but not a penny has been invested in reconstruction, the whole thing is falling apart, broken, scary, rats are running in the toilet, windows are broken, plaster is falling on cars. Although such a promising building! There is even an abandoned cinema inside! I would really like to finally get involved in it, and not just earn money from it.
This building was built before my eyes, and many memorable events were held here for me and my peers. Songwriters sang here, the 120th Guards Rifle Division celebrated the new year during the USSR, the first discos were held, the school graduation. All this is memorable. And when the USSR was gone, it was looted, and then local crooks seized it. What else can I tell you? Only ruins remained. But for that, we have become independent and independent of brains and conscience. And it continues to this day, is this assessment acceptable?
Many years ago I went here to a private Sunday school, and then to dance lessons. I remember that in the assembly hall there were our performances and movies were shown sometimes.
Now there are repair shops and private shops in this room. Some are closing, new ones are coming in their place.
The building needs modernization
