The place is beautiful. The house itself is in very poor condition. I rented an apartment here a couple of times - dead entrances, shitty stairwells, stinks of cats.
The views from the window are magnificent, there's nothing to say.

Cool house. I arrived from Moscow and it was a big surprise for me to take a ride on paid cards, as we have in the subway =)) The garbage chute is in a neglected state, but for the city of Aktau such moments are considered the norm. Before that, we lived in a house nearby, they don't clean the garbage chute there almost at all, the stench in the entrance is terrible, that we had to run to the apartment. There's a lighthouse in the house, it's better with this. There are several apartments for rent with panoramic windows. The price tag is not low, but I really liked the apartment. Coming to Aktau for a short time, I recommend staying in one of the apartments with a sea view

I stayed away for 3 months.As far as I know, the only house in the world with a lighthouse installed! The view from the window is amazing, the sea,yachts, luxury cottages))) The house itself is a monument to the USSR, the friendship of peoples and the creative flight of young Leningrad architects, as well as the whole old city! It's a pity they were allowed to build up the pillars of houses, the microclimate in the city has changed dramatically...

The only huge plus is the view from the window to the sea (we rented a nice little apartment with panoramic windows that faced the sea).
But as for the house itself and its condition, it's a horror. The ‘entrance’ is in a terrible and unpleasant condition, everything is broken, garbage, food, all sorts of old furniture are everywhere, the steps are broken. Of the two elevators, only one works and that breaks down almost every day. In addition, the elevator is paid, in order to use it, you need a card with the paid number of trips.

The main old landmark of Aktau. The old Soviet building is a book, which is turned towards the sea with a lighthouse on the roof. You cannot enter the lighthouse. Inside the building, the feeling of old Soviet shabby houses is 200%, the elevator is on the cards. But the house is atmospheric and worth a visit - you can walk from it to the main new attraction - the rocky trail.
