A very interesting institution in an old building, I especially liked the batleyka. Several floors in the museum itself and all this is dedicated to art (music, theater)

Although the place is in the busiest center, it is not the most obvious and many people do not know about it. It is believed that the local Masonic lodge used to be located in it, now there is a small museum here.
