There is not one zebra per kilometer in front of the house of culture, although there are a lot of children walking across the street. The zebra was applied and after 1 month it just washed away from the rains. I would like to draw the attention of this institution so that they submit a request to the relevant authorities and apply a good non-erasable zebra to the road surface ONCE.
