A monumental building. It's worth looking inside. Clean, tidy renovation, many sections, clubs, a large library. Excellent, friendly staff, professionals in their field
The institution has become better, but it is noticeable that money was spared earlier, sports sections such as basketball are paid, football is not allowed to play because of the "new renovation", volleyball is held for free because the old training is conducted, but falls to younger groups, few people visit the library, books are practically school literature, nothing interesting. They hold discos for little money very rarely, the entrance is 200 tg. The concert program, which is held on holidays, is not interesting, mass (i.e., a disco on the street) is not always held. In general, the DC is outdated, some innovations are needed.
The scene is just great. But there is one thing, but on the ground floor there is a toilet near the stairs in the w. Toilet there is only one and it stinks.
