The local house of culture. The building is old, the elevators are too) Otherwise, I can't say anything bad. The building has a very good ART studio, guitar lessons (I do not advise a teacher, he yells at children terribly), various dance groups (sports dances, national dances, breakdancing), a library, an adult choir, and much more. Each floor is decorated with records on the walls, national musical instruments, there is either a piano or an accordion... The ground floor is always clean, the air conditioner is working, the janitor is sitting. You can play checkers or backgammon)

A house where you feel alive. Regular visits save you from depression and burnout, I definitely recommend it.
