On the second floor there is a good atelier for the repair of clothes and bags. On the third floor there is a good, high-quality sewing of curtains. Recommend
The atelier and the sewing accessories store are on the 2nd floor. A nice woman at the acceptance of orders, who took 30% for urgency, allegedly a lot of orders, although the seamstress was sitting in a jacket doing nothing, wound 10 cm on each curtain, allegedly the ribbon shrinks when sewing, and even sewed this ribbon 3cm higher than necessary...it was an emergency appeal to them for the first and last time. I do not recommend it!!!
We always buy orthopedic insoles in Yalina. A worthy master, his name seems to be Anatoly, if I'm not mistaken) he does everything carefully and efficiently.
The house of life is a whole story, the building itself needs major repairs. Flower shops, clothing and shoe repair, photo studio, and much more in one place. Difficulties with parking
A great place at the intersection
There are trails near a public transport stop and many organizations of household and not only services gathered under one roof.High-quality and inexpensive takeaway coffee.I recommend...
It is convenient that everything is in one place: cafe, shoe repair, equipment repair, solarium, fitness MARGO_FIT
But the building is old, broken, the windows are generally tin, large parts do not open, only narrow ones. Therefore, the windows in the whole building are very dirty
A piece of the Soviet Union. There are only a few things in the house of life. And the fix price coffee shop with not tasty type of coffee and "non-tea"
I can only appreciate the curtain sewing workshop - I have been using the services since 2008. I order curtains for windows only here. They sew qualitatively , under any circumstances they will fulfill the order on time , reasonable prices , the attitude to the client is impeccable . This is a rarity.
I decided to put two stars on it, because probably nothing annoys me more than the lack of toilets in retail outlets. It outputs more only when they are present, but do not work. And completely out, when they are, they work, but they are closed. As you can see, this is just such a case. A purely Soviet place with interiors and surroundings, in which toilets are protected from vandals in the old-fashioned way. I added stars for the fact that there is really a lot that can be done here: shoe repair, clothing, appliances, instant photos, etc.
Clothing repairs and other workshops. On the 5th floor there are sports (fencing, exercise equipment and a martial arts hall.) downstairs there are coffee shops.
A wonderful idea, originally from the USSR, to bring together all the services necessary in everyday life in one place. Over time, something closed, a new one opened. Therefore, it is better to first clarify whether there is a service you need in this particular Household.
A house of life is a house of life, for each nut plus a ruble, at a price of 5 kopecks, a jewelry workshop - it is better not to apply, prices are too high, the work is performed poorly

The building of Soviet architecture, which was spoiled by endless tasteless signs of small and medium-sized businessmen.
It's a pity that this is happening.
The house of everyday life. A lot of things. I only made duplicate keys there, very quickly.

You enter the building and do not immediately understand where to go and where to look for services. The signs are full of colors, the eyes run away from this "parsley". If I were the administration, I would somehow unify the signs. To make it look more decent. It's like we're living in the 90s.
There is everything you need in the service sector. I can say that there is a good jewelry workshop here and not expensive optics!

The building itself is very scary, old, I would like to see it more well-groomed, with normal non-pre-revolutionary windows and a gray facade. The building leaves the impression of a slum. Sadly
A very good place where everything is available to repair everything that a person needs and is subject to restoration. All in one place, only on different floors. There is no need to wander around the city to different workshops! Saving time.
