And yes, let's understand that they earn money from photos, so they forbid someone to take pictures of you while you pose for a photographer. It is ok. These are the rules. And it's ridiculous to lower your grade because you're not allowed to. The photo process itself is set up on the stream very professionally and quickly! That in itself is worthy of respect! You can afford $11 for a finished photo 15-20 minutes after shooting.
About swimming: 4 people per dolphin, under the supervision of a trainer, will touch everything, swim on the fin and dance! In 15 minutes. During this time, the photographers capture the footage! Those who paid for 30 minutes then move on to the next dolphin and enjoy it under the supervision of a trainer, ride on the fin once more, spin around! Independent stay is out of the question! Firstly, it is the responsibility of both sides, both yours and theirs. It's like in a zoo, everyone will touch the animals on their own- can you provide? "and I'm not."
Before visiting the pool (it is cooler than in the hotel- it is for dolphins!!!!) remove all jewelry. You can leave it at the hotel in advance- the locker room is a little tired, there are a lot of drawers with solid locks.) Take a towel! I fulfilled my dream- I touched these smart, amazing animals. Excellent dolphinarium, we went on our own, unaccompanied by a guide, etc. The ticket price is 2 times lower through the ticket office, if without intermediaries, they gave about 2,000 local people (4,000 rubles) for 2 adults + 1 child. There is something to compare it with, we visited both Georgian and Chechen dolphinariums last year. Of the advantages: undoubtedly the show itself, the numbers, the entertainment, the complexity, of course, the charisma of one of the trainers, whom my whole family watched the whole show) the proximity to our hotel (Charmillion), they gave 100 local pounds (200 rubles) for a taxi, the cleanliness of the dolphinarium. Of the minuses: the main caretaker for the parrot, who forces him to take a picture for a fee and if he is refused, immediately changes his favor to anger, a very angry and unpleasant mc)) well, the organization of the show itself is not much lame, long pauses between numbers, for some reason a singing woman, BUT this does not spoil the impressions received from the most programs with wonderful dolphins and cute fur seals.

A very bad organization that greatly spoils the experience of interacting with dolphins.:
1. The constant imposition of obscure services "a la to feed a monkey, a photo with a turtle" (and this is by the pool with dolphins)
2. Completely opaque rules: initially, the "briefing" video is shown, but then nothing of it is followed: neither the shower was shown, nor the locker room. They told me to change clothes right by the dolphin pool
3. All interactions with dolphins are very sparse. There are a lot of people in the water, everything is fast, in fits and starts. In fact, the 15 "swimming" included stroking a dolphin, 1 time "dolphin kiss", 1 time swimming across the pool for a fin, 1 time spinning with a dolphin, holding on to the fins.
4. Photo/video shooting is done only by the organizers. In addition to the not too humane price tag for these services, there is also a very poor quality. You are offered to view more than 100 photos in slide shock mode, of which only a few are yours; and the video (of which 90% are other people) is offered to burn to disk (!) with a single giant file or throw it on your phone.
5. Very cold water in the pool (they give hydrates, but even in them it's very cold even for an adult, there's nothing to say about children)

According to the towman, they were brought here from the Black Sea, that is, our compatriots. He says they are the smartest and can be towed well, unlike the local dolphins. I didn't like that, in addition to an excessively expensive ticket (bought through an operator at the hotel - it was a mistake), you also need to buy back photos and / or videos of bathing, which are made by regular amateur photographers. Visitors are not allowed to take pictures. Moreover, you need to choose from a huge number of photos a couple of pictures that you are ready to pay for at a fabulous price. For some reason, I feel sorry for these dolphins. Perhaps because of the presence of too small pools and the generally shabby dolphinarium in which they are kept.

Dolphins are great fellows, real hard workers. The show is generally not bad, then swimming in groups of 5-6 people, one instructor, two dolphins for about 20 minutes. My wife and child liked it. The most funny thing is that you can't take pictures of swimming (well, it would seem that it might interfere with someone if I take a few photos on my phone from 10-15 meters away). No one warned about this in advance, no signs either in the hall or when buying tickets. And when they asked me to put the phone away (I didn't take it off, I just sat holding it in my hands) I politely explained to them that my phone is my business when and where it should be. At this, the staff got very excited, the tone of the conversation increased, threats began, calls somewhere...circus in one word. After that, a more sane woman came up and began to put pressure on pity, saying there were cameras everywhere, they would all be punished. As a result, I did not check how far they were ready to go, given that at that moment the family was just in the pool. As a result, at the exit we were offered photos for $ 7 (the quality leaves much to be desired) plus a $ 3 service fee (for recording from a flash drive to a phone) and $ 55 video.

The impressions of visiting the dolphinarium are, to put it mildly, ambiguous.
We bought "swimming with dolphins" from the guide for $ 100 per person for swimming with dolphins (15 minutes).
How it happens:
You and 5-7 other people enter the dolphin pool. Where there will be no "swimming".
You are constantly given clear commands:
- turn your cheek
- take a spin
- throw the ball, etc.
It was only after a while that we realized that we were being used to take a bunch of pretty mediocre photos and sell them to us.
Then the whole group in the pool is put in a queue, and one by one you will cross the pool across, holding on to the dolphin's fin (this is 5-6 meters).
Then we take pictures again.
All this is accompanied by shouts, commands and strict timing.
You cannot take photos on your own. Generally.
Only a full-time "photographer" takes pictures. This person is called a photographer only because he has a camera. He doesn't have any skills in this business. As a result, the photos are disgusting. I personally couldn't choose any.
Speaking of the cost of the photo.
After all, that's what the whole action was about.

$45 video.
I think that it is WRONG to mock people who have PAID money for SWIMMING WITH DOLPHINS in this way.

Then you come and pose with a dolphin (together with one dolphin. If you come alone, then you will be paired with an unfamiliar person with whom you will take turns taking pictures with a dolphin) there are 4 dolphins in the pool, each with a group of 2-3 people. Everyone is in the pool at the same time. You DON'T SWIM with dolphins. You pose for a photographer's camera and THAT's IT. And then they sell you these photos. $ 7 apiece (ON DISK!!) or $ 150 for all photos and videos (without video, only photos are not allowed). The video is $45 per disc or $48 per phone. If you are unhappy, they will send you and simply won't talk to you.
I feel very sorry for the dolphins. They're doing great, but it's hard for them there. Sadly.

We didn't need photos, we wanted to swim, but the organizers are just making money, so out of 15 minutes of swimming, you swim a total of 5. The rest of the time you wait in line in the water. As a result, everyone was very cold. Skating is no longer a joy.
It is strictly forbidden to take pictures with your phone. And it would be fine to organize your shooting normally. But no. To get paid photos, you need to wait to pay for them and print them, you also need to wait. As a result, we stayed there for half a day, our transfer did not wait for us and left.
