We ordered the bride's bouquet from the photo and the boutonniere. We arrived on the wedding day, and we were shocked by what we saw. The bouquet looks like a broom, completely unlike the photo, as if it has lichen, it is not very neatly assembled, as if it was collected for love. And after we saw the boutonniere, to which we made fasteners on the front side.... Terrible attitude to customers, the bouquet was redone for us: it turned out to be more or less normal, but in the end we lost almost an hour ...
I will not contact this organization anymore and I do not advise you.

Excellent flower shop, reasonable prices, lower prices in the city. Bouquets are made quickly. I've ordered there a lot of times. The only thing is, when ordering, if the pickup is 5% discount from the price and this information is on the website, so how many times I didn't pick up, they forget to take into account the discount all the time. I have to remind you about this discount, I would like not to focus on it. So please, when people pick up the flowers themselves, take into account the discount.

I rarely write negative reviews, but there is a need here. I think it would be right to attach a photo of expectation /reality, so as not to be unfounded. Instead of a beautiful delicate bouquet, we received some kind of broom.
If they knew that it would not be possible to collect such a bouquet, they could have warned about it, for the same amount I would have ordered a bouquet of ordinary roses.

A wonderful flower shop! Always fresh inexpensive flowers, beautiful bouquets, attentive sellers. The only thing that confuses is the very gloomy interior after the renovation, it was more comfortable before it.

If you are going to order flowers in Mogilev, I recommend using another service. The courier was two hours late, which is already reported upon the fact of being late. TP is absolutely useless.

Сервис на уровне, но исполнение... цветы быстро вянут, ладно, бизнес, из другой страны или города особо не будешь верить, и понимаешь, почему так, но когда ты присылаешь их же букет в каталоге, просишь повторить, тебе утверждают, что да возможно, выбирают отвратительные цветовын сочетания, букет становится совершенно непохожим на исходник, а оплачиваешь ты сразу всю сумму сразу... очень не рекомендую их доставку. Быть может при личном выборе цветов иначе все происходит, но на доставку работают отвратительно.

Коротко о клиентоориентированности. Два из трёх букетов были не в той цветовой гамме, которую я просила. Свалили вину на доставщика (ладно бы, если бы перепутали местами, но я просила совершенно другую расцветку).
Спасибо за испорченные настроение и переживания 8 марта. Магазин даже не попытался извиниться, просто проигнорировали мое сообщение, абсолютно не рекомендую

На сайте представлен большой ассортимент букетов. При заказе говорят что таких цветов нет. В магазине выбор скудный.

Сколько раз заказывал ни разу не было проблем. Молодцы , так держать. Скидки продумайте какие нибудь за подписку или за несколько заказов и т.д.
