I took an 11-month-old child for an ECG. After a similar procedure in a state institution, I had nightmares. I was afraid that the child would scream again, break out and the procedure would not give any sane results. We are currently undergoing a medical examination for the year, and what can I notice:
1. Only in this private clinic was they asked what time is convenient for me and my child, and not what time is convenient for them. It pleases me.
2. There is a corner for the baby, a parking place for the stroller and even a place where to leave the dog with water bowls (I was pleased with the attention to such trifles).
3. There are very polite girls at the reception, thank them very much.
4. Irina Ivanovna Zhuk, the nurse who took the ECG, is just a miracle. My daughter not only did not scream, but did not twitch at all, smiled and was interested in the process. Irina Ivanovna is very affectionate with children, polite and attentive! Thanks to people like you, my child has stopped being afraid of doctors!

The receptionist seems to be looking at the patient in parallel, this can be seen in everything: the tone of communication, the look, the answers to additional questions. There is simply no desire to visit the medical center, there are specialists for whom you have to sacrifice your sense of comfort (as a consumer of the service) - Alice Gatskevich (therapist) and Irina Bystrimovich (neurologist), I single them out for their professionalism and sensitivity.

One star only for the beautiful reception. Trotskaya Elena Nikolaevna is an absolutely incompetent ophthalmologist. I made an incorrect diagnosis, prescribed serious hormonal drops and ointment to the child at 2 months old! I took money for a non-working device! I incorrectly checked the fundus, scaring with a terrible diagnosis. As a result, we treated the child for a disease that he does not have! Now we are treating the consequences of her prescribed treatment. There is only a complaint to the Ministry of Health about such a doctor.
As a result, we gave 75 rubles to "cripple" the child.

This was not mentioned at the conclusion of the contract. Even in banks, you can change the PIN code via SMS. We'll write it down as a minus, a big minus. Доброго дня. Часто обращаемся в Доктор тут, были у разных специалистов. Все компетентно ответили на все вопросы, назначали лечение... Всегда вежливое обращение, очень редко когда надо было ждать приема больше 5-7 минут. В кабинетах чисто,светло, оборудование выглядит дорого и новым) будем обращаться ещё, медицинский центр, где цена соответствует качеству обслуживания!

Был к клинике пару раз у разных врачей. Мнение очень противоречивое. Сам этаж (где находится клиника), чистый, красивый, все можно быстро найти. Врачи приветливые, цены приемлимые. Но тут есть 2 жирных но. В частности, начну с главного, эта клиника не вызывает вообще доверия (я обращался туда с несерьёзными вопросами), тк все создает впечатление, что тут все сделано на отстань. Например люди на ресепшене постоянно заняты своими вопросами(громко болтают на жизненные темы, пьют чай и тп), это то не плохо, но это же тоже врачи, а они похожи больше на людей никак не связанных с этой индустрией, 0 престижности из 10. Далее идут врачи, а именно их квалификация, ух, ну собственно один раз я попал к довольно опытному врачу с нормальным опытом, но его действия и в целом(речь, исспользуемые слова и тп) были явно не как у квалифицированного специалиста, также само лечение он делал неуверенно и медленно, второй раз я попал вообще на прием к врачу-студенту, девушка лет +-25, без толклвого образования и опыта, было слегка страшно за себя(никакого контроля за ее действиями или правильностью решений со стороны более опытных врачей не было). Также сама клиника находится в здании, где расположен продуктовый магазин(не маленький магазинчик, а прям магазин на пол комплекса). Это очень субъективно, но черт возьми, как тут можно было сделать клинику? У конкурентов полностью свои отдельные участки, от небольших построек до целых домов, занятых клиниками, ну а когда ты идешь к врачу проходя мимо продуктовый и этаж с барбершопом, то ты уже начинаешь чувствовать себя некомфортно. Вот как-то так, сюда больше не приду, приходил, тк вопросы были несерьёзные и близко к дому, но даже так, обратите свое внимание на кокурентов, сервис у них явно лучше, ну и за врачей я бы тоже подумал.

At the reception, I announced that I had previously been to their center under a different name so that the doctor could look at my previous appointments, but my last name was not changed in the card, which is why the conclusion was given to the old name. An unpleasant aftertaste remained from the doctor's appointment, they did not help me from the word at all. After the doctor gave me the phrase "where have you been before?" I just fell into a precipitate. I will not recommend this medical center to anyone else and I will not visit it myself either.

I have been to this medical center many times, my impressions are contradictory. There are good doctors, and there are completely incompetent ones.
Cardiologist Natalia Vladislavovna Feoktistova belongs to the worst doctors of the clinic. Rude, arrogant, she collected her medical history carelessly, did not make a diagnosis, even a preliminary one, did not prescribe treatment.
Olga Alexandrovna Maysak (endocrinologist) and Oksana Alexandrovna Belaya (pediatrician) are wonderful doctors. Sensitive, polite, always adequate prescriptions of drugs and tests.

When you come to the reception for the first time, you need to have your passport details or passport with you.
You need to go up to the 3rd floor, BUT there is an elevator for the disabled / children / elderly.
Pleasant atmosphere. They did an ECG for the child. Everyone we met from the staff and doctors was decent.
It was normal to wait in the corridor with a 2-year-old child, there are toys, a table for drawing, etc. Quiet music is playing, nature is shown on TV.

Today 02 11.2003 I went to the reception of this center on the issue of removing a mole ..I was booked for an appointment at 19.40 and was told 70p would be more than enough .. At the oncologist 's appointment , KOZHANOV Nikolay SEMENOVICH informed me that the operation would cost 60 rubles . Была у нескольких специалистов. Коллектив молодой, доброжелательный, всё разложили по полочкам. Отношение очень доброжелательное. Четко по времени. Рядом есть стоянка, что не мало важно для владельцев автомобилей. Хороший подъезд. Данную клинику открыла для себя недавно. Теперь там постоянный клиент.
