They applied on 02/13.25 in connection with the deterioration of the dog's well-being (Chihuahua, 10 years old). They took it right away, did an ultrasound, took an analysis. Conclusion: polycystic ovaries, pyometra. The operation was scheduled for the next day. All the risks were reported immediately. The absolute lack of professionalism in working with animals and the skill of communicating with people. I brought the dog for castration. Tatiana told me to put the dog on the table, hold it by the pelvis and by the paw. She didn't tell me what Tatiana was going to do. She took an object and, without any words or explanations, brought it to the dog. The dog reacted with aggression (barked and wouldn't give in, and didn't chop off Tatiana's hand). Tatiana sat silently and looked at him with a haughty look. I couldn't calm my dog down and asked what my next steps were. To which Tatiana decided, with a haughty tone and appearance, to inform me that since the dog is ill-mannered, I need to educate her (thank you for the advice, we are engaged with a dog handler) and she needs a muzzle. So the question is: why did no one inform me about this (1), why was the initial survey not conducted (2). How do I know the procedure?!
Next, Tatiana felt it necessary to inform me that her dogs, unlike mine, are very well-mannered. Why do I need this information? To congratulate Tatiana and say that she did well? Congratulations and I say! After criticizing the way of "parenting", the behavior of my dog and me as a "caregiver", I decided to stop this useless argument with a person who knows nothing about raising a dog (that's exactly what she told me, but at the same time she considered it necessary and important to inform me that I was doing something wrong). So, dear Tatiana, I suggest you take my ill-mannered dog for re-education. I really want her to become as well-mannered as yours! As you can see, our classes with three different dog handlers do not help at all! In general, I agree with this, but somehow we are trying not to give up and engage. But I'm sure you'll be able to raise our zwergpinscher better. I am ready to pay for your services, even though you are not a dog handler, and contribute to everything necessary! A foreign body was found on ultrasound and told about all the consequences, taking into account the condition of the cat. Then it was decided to operate on him despite all the risks. The guys did everything quickly and efficiently, "chewed up" my further actions and now we hope for the correction of our pet! I fell for the reviews. I came to castrate the dog. As a result, the doctor Alexander was on the road at the appointed time and we waited an additional half hour. Could you have called and warned about it, suggested another time? And then a disgruntled one flew in and everything was in a hurry. I didn't notice any trepidation towards the animal. He quickly grabbed him and kicked me out for an hour to "take a walk."
When I took the dog away, the doctor did not even come out to me, they did not write in the conclusion what drugs were given and to what extent. They said verbally that they had injected an antibiotic and an anesthetic (after I asked myself). What kind of antibiotic? What kind of painkiller? What was the anesthesia like? - nothing is indicated in the statement.
The seams are crooked, large and ugly. The dog has been suffering for the 3rd day. He doesn't eat or drink. You can see that it hurts there and tries to scratch / lick. I have to wear a collar. My neighbors said that their dog was already running the next day as if nothing had happened.
And on the first day, for 2 hours, he vomited violently several times and was constantly shaking after anesthesia, he was very hard to move away. Before that, teeth were pulled out in another clinic under anesthesia -there were no such reactions.
In general, I don't set foot there anymore. I really feel sorry for the dog, it's a family member for us, not "some regular customer." The staff is rude, no sympathy or involvement. The aunt from the reception desk - she's an assistant in surgery - So you can, right? to my phrase that I was worried, she replied, "you just have nothing to do."
