Everything at the reception started well, but then the doctor began to repeat to the child repeatedly - pull out your tongue and pull it by the tongue. The child did not understand what was wanted from him and out of habit said ah. After the examination, the verdict is an antibiotic! I said that we will take it if there is no improvement after 6 days. She insisted anyway. I realized that the consultation was useless and stopped listening to her. And then the scream - look at me, I told you to look at me! Of course I was shocked. But I understand, we are all different. Treatment is an antibiotic, inhalation with septomerine (although it is categorically impossible - it dries, not moisturizes), it is impossible to go outside and only heat (although cool, humid air is needed). That's the story. To the doctor -0 points, the consultation is useless, 45 rubles for 5 minutes and there is no help, only harm. Paying only in cash is very inconvenient!

Плюс то что работают и ночью , с моей работой прям находка, но минус что ночью работает один врач и ничего не может больше сделать, приехал с гайморитом....нууууу вроде бы у вас гайморит, снимок сделать не можем ....короче так себе в этом плане. Ездили пару раз с ребенком, отиты замучили, все быстро и по делу было.
Мне всё понравилось. Записался день в день. Вежливая администраторка. Доктор попался внимательный и приятный. Всё подробно рассказал и предложил задавать вопросы. На все волнующие меня вопросы дал исчерпывающие ответы. Вот бы всегда так.

Были у врача Т. с ребенком ( 3 месяца) с насморком. Обратились в частную клинику. Название клиники само за себя говорило, что там должны работать специалисты... Придя туда, на нас потратили от силы минут 5 со всеми распросами врача, уточняющими меня вопросами что делать как быть и даже осмотром. Поставили сразу диагноз, выписали спрей и сказали придете через две недели если не пройдет. Никаких дополнительных анализов, как риноцитологию, оак, никаких дополнительных процедур тоже ничено не нужно.
Вопрос: на основании чего врач решила выписать именно это лекарство, это инфекция или бактерия в носу- не известно. Всё прошло так быстро, что я вышла с какой-то растерянностью и не поняла за что я заплачу сейчас 45 рублей... К тому же по карточке тоже было невозможно заплатить, администратор не предупредила, пришлось просить сидящих пациентов клиники помочь. Благо, всё разрешилось, а если бы нет? Как бы сне пришлось решать этот вопрос с ребенком на руках...? В любом случае, спасибо и за такой опыт!

Не успела зайти, как врач - Лосев Алексей, начал с крика с вопросом почему я без маски. Я объясняю, что при записи мне никто не сказал, что нужна маска и вообще ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫЙ масочный режим отменён. Отношение врача так же не понравилось, хамское и высокомерное.
