Delicious cuisine, really delicious. The prices in the trailer are normal . Huge and fat + staff , very polite guys . The disadvantage on my part turned out to be 1 - the music is only in the background, unfortunately, and I think it's too light for such an institution . Of the inconveniences , it is not so important that the room is located in the basement and the stairs are quite steep . It's clearly a minus for Kurtsov. So 4 🌟 for background , audible music .

We came from another city, and according to the reviews, we decided that the place would be great for lunch.
Entering the establishment at one o'clock in the afternoon and choosing a table, we were greeted with the following text: "girls, I hope you won't be long...."It didn't sound customer-oriented at all. We asked what the problem was, and they told us that all the tables were booked.It turned out that the bookings were from 7 p.m., and I also had to ask the girl for this information.
The staff does not politely answer customer questions.Please, if you want customers who come to eat rather than drink, be a little more friendly)

I was with a friend at this place and decided to order pork steaks. After waiting, steaks were brought to us. Unfortunately, one of them is even ashamed to call a steak one fat and not a gram of meat, by the way, my friend was more lucky and she got a good piece with a minimum amount of fat. There were only negative emotions after this "dinner". I kindly ask you to keep an eye on what you serve to the guests. By the way, the waiters turned out to be friendly - this is the only plus that I found in this institution.

And when we decided to take the alcohol with us, which we hadn't finished, and the waitress and the cook at the bar began to make fun of us, it went beyond all bounds. We sat quietly, tipped well, and were ridiculed as if we were the last people. It is very unpleasant, the impression of the evening is spoiled. Please have a conversation with your staff.Even the man who was sitting at the bar joked that we might take his food with us too. That is, your staff makes guests look bad even in front of other visitors. There are no questions for the bartender, a polite young man apologized for the boorish waitress

I was in this place on September 9th and oh gods. We got a super waitress, I'm sorry I didn't remember the name. She's obviously new and hasn't seen her before. She smiled, reread the order and even individually, at my request, brought it to tea separately in a glass of milk (which is very important for mom). Special thanks to her. If all the girls there were so responsive, everything would be great.
The atmosphere would be much more pleasant if there were fewer rowdy and drunken people.
The hot stuff took longer than the waitress told us. 25 minutes said 40 m done.

Secondly, they ordered a strudel, brought it in 30-40 minutes and instead of apologizing, they said that it always takes so long to cook and no one complains. No matter how many establishments we were in, I was preparing for 10-15 minutes everywhere, it's not about waiting, but about attitude. It was possible to apologize for not warning and try to at least fix the situation with a smile. But there was rudeness in response: she could have warned, but did not do it. Besides, while we were talking to her, I tried to leave all the time. The bartender tried to fix the situation, but alas, there was no desire to eat dessert.
Thirdly, the plates stood for a long time, the waitress stood talking with her friend and talking on the phone.
